Empowering the Next Generation of Real Estate Investors Crescent Lenders is proud to sponsor the Crescent Lenders Real Estate Investment Scholarship, designed to support students who are passionate about real estate investing, finance, and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to provide opportunities for motivated students to gain exposure, showcase their ideas, and contribute meaningful insights to the real estate community. If you are a student seeking to explore real estate, finance strategies, or ethical investing practices, this scholarship is for you. Selected essays may be published on the Crescent Lenders website, providing recognition and a platform for your ideas. 2026 Award One scholarship of $1,000 will be awarded. Funds will be used for tuition only and paid directly to the educational institution. 1 - When To Apply Applications for the 2026 scholarship will open on March 1, 2026. 2 - How to Apply To apply for the Crescent Lenders Real Estate Investment Scholarship, applicants must submit a scholarship essay as their entry. 3 - Scholarship Essay Details Write 500–1,000 words on a real estate investing topic of your choice. Examples include: - Strategies for first-time real estate investors - Ethical lending and responsible investing - Community-focused investment projects - Creative financing solutions Your essay should demonstrate clarity, originality, and actionable ideas relevant to real estate and finance. 4 - Submission Send all PDF or Word document of the essay to scholarships@crescentlenders.com Please include a header with your full name, instrument, college of attendance, and major/minor in the top left corner. If you are currently in high school, please provide the name of the college you plan to attend and indicate the semester/quarter you will be starting. Please save the file as your first name, middle initial, and last name. You can submit your entry via email to scholarships@crescentlenders.com.
