The foundation invites applications from current seniors and graduates of U.S. colleges and universities who are planning careers in areas related to national security and terrorism prevention. Advances in technology, social science research and political leadership in a changing world are purposes of value to the Victims of Pan Am Flight 103, Inc. Students requesting financial support will be asked to submit an application explaining what they are doing to meet the goals of improving national security and preventing terrorism.
